Stayed for two nights. Very good location for the price, right next to an U-Bahn station and within walking distance from kudam. excellent value. Modern, comfortable room with plenty of pillows... Ample storage space, and iron (without board). Fabulous, varied, delicious breakfast served from 06:30 - very convenient for early departures. Staff at the reception and breakfast were very hospitable. I would especially mention Othman, the receptionist who checked me in upon my arrival. He made me feel very welcome, with a warm approach and effective service. The only small minuses were that the liquid soap dispenser in my shower was empty, and they did not fill it up despite me mentioning it to the reception after my first night. But the shampoo dispenser was perfect for me, used it also as soap. Air condition in the room was very good, except for the first night when it was very warm in the room. I guess they fixed it the next night. The window was fully openable, so it's easy to let fresh air inside the room. All in all, highly recommended.

My partner and I don’t usually choose fancy hotels, but for a big birthday we decided to try something different and we have absolutely no regrets. The facilities and location were incredibly convenient, making the entire trip so much more enjoyable. Being able to walk everywhere and having public transport in every direction made exploring the city effortless. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the hotel staff. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, and their kindness added a personal touch that made the celebration feel even more special. A wonderful experience all around, we’d happily return.

Sana Berlin was possibly the best hotel overall we have ever stayed at. We had a Junior Suite, which was very large, with multiple closets and other storage space, as well as a powder room in addition to the large bathroom with a tub and separate walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, and the staff both there and in the hotel generally was gracious and accommodating. The gym, though small, was well equipped and never populated by more than a few users (if any at all). The hotel is very well maintained and extremely clean. In sum, our stay at the Sana Berlin hotel was a memorable experience.
