Very responsive staff, clean. Perfect location if you travel by train.
It was very hot, a ceiling fan would be good in the room… the mattress was very hard to sleep on, so I couldn't rest.

I’ve stayed here a few times anytime I’m in Berlin and it’s the same. Always very clean and well maintained hostel/dorms. Also very clean and well maintained facilities including kitchen, eating areas and showers/bathrooms. Even a games room with pool table and a laundry.
Very Central location with many public transport options and a 7 min walk to Berlin Central station. Plus very helpful staff, plus an excellent breakfast buffet option that’s well worth the extra price.
A very minor issue, in that there can be a few noisy teenagers that are part tour groups at times. Which can be the case at any hostel, so again, a minor detail.

Hair on the mattress from the person before me. additional charge for the towels. The bed location looked like a bunker. The sheet didn’t fit on the bed.
