    The location is excellent, offering easy access to transport and walkable surroundings. Facilities are well-maintained and include a satisfying breakfast, while Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable. The bathroom was clean, though overall cleanliness and staff service could be improved slightly. Overall, the stay offers great value for money.

    I found my bed not in it's cleanliest state. It might be because the other roommates thought that no one would book it. In addition, the power outlet and personal light was not working which made my bed preparations harder. Path nightlights could be a solution for this issue in order to prevent other guest in waking up

    I was in my room but near by a big group of people were laughing loudly many hours, and they didn't stop even after midnight. It was so disruptive that I couldn't sleep. I informed the staff, but they told me to go to the hotel counter by myself. When I asked for the counter's phone number, they said don’t have telephone number, and then the staff immediately hung up without offering any helpful in resolving the issue. I've never encountered such terrible service in any of my travels. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was the worst I've ever experienced.
