My room is cleanand spacious and bed is nice.

A bit far from Berlin railway main station. 15 mins walk. Quite deserted at night. Simple self check-in instructions because the reception is not 24 hours and I arrived late at night. Bed was decent. Tabletop was ok. Bathroom and toilet was decent. Quite clean.

After 36h traveling, I arrived there but the reception was close. There was a sign, asking to call a Berlin number. My home cell plan couldn't do it. My second esim, wifi, couldn't either. After knocking, emailing, texting... I gave up. I had to beg for a stranger to make the call. He helped and saved the day.
The room is clean. The room service maid is nice.
The laundry room is useless with old machines and very complicated instructions.
To conclude: it is not a hotel. You can't rely on reception desk, but it is just rooms for rent. Location is average to good. It was quiet and I slept well, but I would prefer pay a bit next time and get a better service
