For a weekend away first time in Berlin. Nice rooms, central location, good value, easy access to central station and a kebab shop

One of the best hotels I'd been in for a short city break, perfect loaction, clean rooms and more importanly helpful staff. The spa has amazing views in the lounge area and though is small, it's fully functional. The rooms are bigger than your avg european rooms and has good amenities. The staff are really helpful, they've also extended my checkout time as I had a call to attend. Would definitley recommend this one

Paid taxes through Agoda website but was also charged taxes by the hotel. Was told by hotel receptionist to contact Agoda. Agoda are not easy to contact as it’s an automated customer service (asks for my ten digit booking Id number when there was only 9 digits, then ended the call) So please beware about booking with Agoda as I’ve not been able to resolve this issue! On the plus side the hotel is perfectly placed for visiting all the sites in central Berlin.. Breakfast is a bit pricey but good selection. Rooms are clean and to a very good standard. Situated about 100 yards from the central train station.
