    Location good. garden lovely at the back if the Sun is out. Our room was okay might stay there again just an an ok hotel really. One lift kept packing in, staff mostly helpful but in short supply. A few things in our room didn't work perfectly, but wouldn't rule it out to stay again.

    1. One light cannot be switched on and the other one cannot switched off . Sleeping issue. 2. Shower facilities both are not usable. And they didn’t try to fix nor offer room chanfe for both nights . 3 Check in link doesn’t work. So we stuck at the hotel lobby and contact support for very long time. 4. Neighbours room told us they got burned by the shower. 5. TV was faulty and falling on the bed

    Not happy with this Bait and Switch situation. The hotel Precise Tale Berlin NO LONGER EXISTS, it is now called the Numa Germany hotel. No concierge for check- in or questions, you get a pass code to enter. No daily cleaning of room, you have to do it yourself with extra towels you can pick up off the lobby. Breakfast? Don't be looking for a buffet, some guy drops off a box outside your door, a tasteless sandwich with a small bottle of juice. What is up with Numa still calling itself Precise Tale Berlin? Deception all the way, with Agoda being very complicit. Yeah it's cheaper than most other places in Berlin, but you sure aren't getting your money's worth
