Good size room, friendly staff Close to tube. Good dining options at hotel (Asian food)
Area or Berlin safe, but not ideal for family stay. Could have done with new towels once, or twice, during the stay.

The location & breakfast
The curtains were not closing to the max. Room was a bit old

Price. Very competitive. I went to Berlin to cover the Berlinale as a journalist and the location of this hotel is near the Berlinale Palast.
Front desk. There is no front desk, you have to go to a restaurant in the ground floor and talk to the staff there. Although it is almost front to an underground / subway station, this line is not useful for those who are attending the Berlinale.
