    We left the hotel the location is not good,we didnt sleep at night at all due to the loud music from the clubs,we were woken up by the sound of bottles breaking because our room was above garbage bins.when we told the receptionist the answer was i can move you to another floor but i cant guarantee you you will not hear anything.we were given an address to get a refund" supposedly " becayse we left to find another hotel,but i still never had any email response!really disappointing!!

    Very very good location. A short bus ride to Postdamer Platz (a well connected train station). The bus stop near the hotel is a four second walk from the hotel entrance (with the opposite bus stop directly across the street). I stayed in the least expensive room for one week. It had one large window that could open. The bathroom had a normal (fully-enclosed), but small, shower. The room was very basic but clean. No mini fridge. I have medicine that must be refrigerated, so I had to get creative with ice. No air conditioning and no fan. There was a radiator for winter stays. There is an Aldi (open M-Sat 8am-9pm) in the basement of Mall of Berlin (open M-Sat 10am-8pm) at Postdamer Platz. Although the mall doesn't officially open until ten, the entrances to the mall will be open and you can take an escalator or an elevator down one flight to the Aldi. The mall has a good food court on the top floor, usually serving food after 1030 or even 11. Or a few bus stops south of the hotel (on Postdamer Street) is an Aldi and a Lidl, a block or two away from each other. The Lidl is very ghetto. Several restaurants near the hotel. If you want to find a restaurant very near the hotel, exit the hotel and take a right and look for restaurants. If you take a left, there's basically nothing around until you reach Postdamer Platz. If you want to walk to Postdamer Platz, it's a safe and easy walk, probably around twenty minutes. There are several other train stations near the hotel, of course, as well, but I mention Postdamer Platz because it's so well connected.
