I liked the hotel. It was very handy and affordable for what I was looking for. Good location as well.
The room was a little small and no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Comfy beds, excellent buffet breakfast with Full English options, terrific location on quiet street, clean.
One of the two lifts was out of order for our entire stay of six days. The full English breakfast options dwindled away at the end of our stay (no sausages or mushrooms). Apart from that it was all great.

Everything was perfect, but the staff is what makes the experience outstanding is the. amazing staff of the hotel.
A smile from all is something that comes naturally. I reckon that the working atmosphere created by the management makes everyone happy and they transfer that happiness to us, the happy guests!

Location was really convenient, at a walking distance from major attractions, a subway station (U2-Spittelmarkt) was just 200m away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt vesy safe. Breakfast was really good, with a satisfactory variety, bed was comfortable.
Room (standard double) was tiny, just a narrow corridor around the bed +bathorrom, hanging space was practically non-existent, walls were paper-thin, so every time a door closed, the bed would shake, there were no toiletries only toilet paper and handsoap/shampoo (same product) and the room never got made during the 3-day period of my stay.
