L’emplacement. La gentillesse du personnel. La propreté. Emplacement vraiment idéal pour visiter Mite. Nombreux restaurants et distance de marche de plusieurs sites historiques. Lave-linge et wifi efficaces.

Un peu usé (les photos ont été prises il y a quelques années). Assez bruyant lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes (le tramway circule sous la Fenêtre). Très chaud et sans climatisation.

Goede centrale ligging. Zeer comfortabel appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Plezierig contact met de verhuurder

Lawaai op straat, maar dat hoort bij een plek in het centrum.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it! The location was absolutely ideal, and the apartment was perfectly equipped for a stay with a baby. Everything we needed was there, and the owner had even thought of details we hadn’t thought to ask for ourselves. For example, a baby high chair was provided without us even having to request one — such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! The owner was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay. He was always available when needed and made everything very easy and comfortable for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We recommend this place 200% and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Berlin!

Very good location. The apartment was very nice with all amenities. The host was also very quick to respond; they kept our luggage after check-out.

The only issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.
