Breakfast was great and big selection. Location was the main reason we chose this hotel, and it was easy to get around Berlin
The room was very warm, air con wasn’t great. Also bed could use with comfier pillows

Breakfast was decent, location very good, hotel stuff friendly and polite.
Cleaning of rooms could be better and more frequent, the beds were comfortable enough but the pillows not (very thin).

The location was excellent. Comfortable beds and plenty of toiletries. The bar staff were very nice. We particularly appreciated being able to store our luggage.
The carpets were very badly stained. Also we feel our room was not vacuumed before our stay as we came across items from previous guests on the floor.
