Location, easy walk distance from U and S Bahn.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast
Very comfortable beds and decent pillows.
No problems with street noise.
Little wardrobe space for a 5 night stay.

The location was excellent. Comfortable beds and plenty of toiletries. The bar staff were very nice. We particularly appreciated being able to store our luggage.
The carpets were very badly stained. Also we feel our room was not vacuumed before our stay as we came across items from previous guests on the floor.
