Clean room with decent amenities: coffee, water, fridge, AC, etc. I like that there was both a desk to sit at and a table.

Not a huge fan of the no-human check in system. Honestly the place is quite barren. I imagine it is meant to efficient but it is to the point of being impersonal and off putting. For example, there isn’t even seating in the lobby. When i waited for my uber to my next location i sat on the floor. Additionally, the address sent to me in whatsapp was incorrect and lead to confusion with my taxi driver from the DB station. I don’t feel like the signage is that visible either. A lot of things having a regular reception would help with.

We absolutely loved our stay at Numa Berlin! From the very beginning communication was easy and ensured a very smooth check in process. The place itself was clean, well equipped and pleasant. The bathroom was spacious and had large containers of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash - and a hairdryer too. The place also has a safe and a fridge. The location was superb, close to the tram, metro and various restaurants and bars, and a large grocery story (Edeka) just a 5 minute walk from the place. The area felt safe and and not crowded. The buliding itself also felt very secure as you receive a PIN code to be used when opening all doors on your way to your room. In the lobby there is a laundry room and an entire closet full of essentials which we have never experienced before and loved it! Towels, iron and ironing board, milk, coffee, kitchen utensils and more, including large storage lockers - all for free and without the need of contacting the host. Absolutely amazing stay and would recommend if you want to explore Berlin!

We contacted the host a day before our check out and never received a reply.. so that was our only downside but the rest was great.

This property does not have any staff on site and check-in is done digitally through a keypad. Our room’s keypad was broken and we couldn’t get ahold of customer service and were waiting for a few hours (with our bags) to be let in. Our refrigerator was also broken in the room and we had medication that needed to be kept cool. The property told us they would send someone to fix the refrigerator twice but no one came in the end. So we had to throw out the medication and find a new supply from a foreign pharmacy which was difficult. The property offered us a discount for the trouble but it took weeks of chasing them and Booking.com for this amount. I write this review three weeks later and we still do not have the refund.
