Sehr nette Berteuung durch den Vermieter, alles super sauber und gräumig. Gute Lage, schönes Stadtviertel und gute Anbindung.

Easy to get to, 10 minutes walk from the station, with excellent connections on both the S Bahn and U Bahn. Lovely neighbourhood, safe for a lone traveller walking around, loads of restaurants and cafes, and directly opposite Mauerpark. The decor is eccentric and dated but the facilities in the bedroom and large bathroom were great. Good shower, basic cooking facilities, fridge, kettle and even a washing machine. I stayed in a heatwave, but the room was wonderfully cool as it's on the ground floor overlooking a courtyard with metal blinds and no direct sun, despite not having aircon. It was spotlessly clean. Check in was over the phone on arrival and instructions given were clear. There were two single beds but the mattress was comfortable and the bedding was cosy with brushed cotton covers. Wifi worked well. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Good value for money. I will stay here again.

The shared hallway smelled very strongly of air-freshener. I couldn't reach the power socket behind the bed, an extension lead would be very useful. I couldn't operate the closed metal blinds. The privacy was appreciated, but some thin curtains at the window would have made the room feel much nicer. Checkout on the last day was at 10:00 am, but the cleaner knocked on the door and woke me up at about 8:15, and then knocked again at 9:30 am, which was annoying. I was woken by loud bird calls at dawn, but didn't mind this, it's just something to be aware of!

Erdgeschosswohnung mit Tür zum Hinterhof, dunkel, Leute laufen direkt am Fenster des Schlafzimmer vorbei. Es war noch Essen im Kühlschrank und Kleidung in Schränken. Es kursierte ein weiterer Schlüssel, so dass ich den Eindruck hatte, noch jemand würde in der Wohnung wohnen.
