Good Location, very good a.c (important for hot days!), fair price, clean, nice breakfast, check out at 12:00, positive experience.

The location is fantastic, 5 min walk from Alexanderplatz Station. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I loved it there.
The only small thing was that in the evening I had to pay for hot water out of the machine to make myself a cup of tea using my own teabag 1.5 euros.

The location was good and the breakfast was ok.
The reception staff were very helpful and professional. However, one member of the cleaning staff showed a poor attitude when we requested bed sheets, and overall the hotel was not clean.
