Close to Alexanderplatz so it's make things easier to go anywhere.
It's loud noise by the tram
No A/C in the room it's make the room is too warm and I have to open the window all day, imagine the building is standing by the road and tram is running all days and nights.....
The room we were in there no toilet paper.

The location was fantastic, being a 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz.
The room was spacious and had a fridge, a microwave oven and basic utensils and cutlery for cooking and eating.
There were washing machines and dryers in the basement.
The check-in process and number based locking system were very convenient.
A few little things like tea, coffee, sugar, shower gel etc would've made things more convenient.
Also, instead of once a week, perhaps the apartment cleaning could be considered twice a few for long staying guests.

Amazing location, 10 minutes walk to the metro, 5 minutes to the bus and tram. Easy to check in and out with a simple code. Absolutely no problems.
Although mentioned in the list of facilities, we did not have a fan and the air conditioning did not work. With the heat of 29-30 degrees we had to sleep with the window open. The street next to the hotel is super loud so this didn’t come in handy.
