All staff were so lovely and kind, very welcoming
Very tall ceilings, very spacious rooms, more beds than expected, good shower, fully kitted out kitchen.
Close to station, quite neighbourhood in general
Pipes made noise at night but wasn't too loud.
Other than that very worth the value of money!

The cost benefit is good, however it is a very spartan room in an expensive Berlin. There is a small fridge and a table, good for small meals, heating was good.
I was at the 9th floor and had a lot of luggage, make sure to request a lower floor if you have special needs or lots of luggage! Getting there takes some effort as often need to take the metro, bus and walk.

Good value for its price. The staff at the reception was helpful and kind. Even though the hotel is located far from the city centre, there is an S-Bahn stop and trains are frequent.
There should be towels. The only towels provided are handtowel size. Kitchen equipment we not clean enough to use. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Even though they wrote guides about towels, no one came to change them.
