    Filthy conditions, hallways were filthy and unkept, trash piled up in side of building, rats running around the common area. Food advertisements was miss represented and not stocked. This was a horrible experience for us, no one to do daily cleaning, understaffed and photos of location miss represented the surroundings area of filth and safety of location. Unable to attach the rats’ photos and video, but would if could do it through a link or some other way.

    Im Innenhof sind ca 2 Dutzend Ratten am laufen gewesen. Und bei Abreise in der Nacht auch im Treppenhaus. Die Servicekraft findet das völlig normal und nicht störend. Zimmer sind soweit ok. Würde aber lieber eines ganz oben nehmen ,nicht das noch ein unangemeldeter Besucher im Zimmer ist. Wenn Mann Wasser laufen lässt kommt ein übler Geruch aus den Leitungen.
