The air conditioner wasn’t functioning. For that, the staff was really apologetic about it and gave us refreshments.

The location is excellent, very close to public transport heading to the city center, and there is a direct train to the airport right next to the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area next to a park. Our room faced the back parking lot, so it was completely silent with no street noise. ​The room and bathroom were spacious, extremely clean, and maintained daily with fresh towels. A huge plus was the heating—we caught some very cold and rainy days in June, and we were so grateful that the heating worked perfectly in both the room and the bathroom! ​The neighborhood is great too: a mall is just 3 minutes away, there are supermarkets nearby, a café and bakery on the corner, and plenty of Arabic and Turkish restaurants around.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

The hotel is very close to Gesundbrunnen station, which makes getting anywhere very convenient. I also enjoyed the good variety of the breakfast buffet and the staff was really friendly. The bed was comfortable and I liked having an electric kettle and a selection of tea and coffee in my room.
