    The place was excellent, the hotel ambiance was very good, Breakfast ok, very near to establishments like Wolfskin, Boss etc, and near the museums. However, after coming from our morning walk around 6:30am we proceeded to the lobby near the piano and grand stairway to take pictures but the front desk officer (a man) thought that we were not staying in the hotel and told us impolitely that we couldn’t take pictures. He only let us when we told him that we are guests in the hotel. He should have asked us first if we are guests and he should have been more polite.

    Enjoyed stay here for a business trip. Very convenient location and hotel has an interesting history with its roots in East Berlin.
