Superbe Appartement moderne au coeur du Vieux Nice

The apartment was nice and had all we needed. The location was great with a quick walk to the beach and restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

The mattress was too hard and we felt like it needed a cover mattress. The entry and stairwell was terrible and was partly renovated but needs a lot more work and clean up.

Good location, the beach is only 2 min away. It fit for the 6 of us.

It was quite dirty. I feel like there was no hoovering or mopping, the floor was dirty, dusty, and full of hair, especially next to the bed. Also we think the bedsheets were not changed, because we found a red hair in the bed, before sleeping in it, and also none of us has red hair. There were also some stains. Also it took a really long time finding the keys because they said that its in the box with number 4. We tried all of the boxes, and then we figured that its not even in the same window they said, and it was in box number 8 which was weird.
