Quiet, central, unstaffed

Spacious room and bathroom. Very quiet and central. Everything worked well including the hot water.

Checkin was ok but had to call the number because the instructions on the screen were a bit unclear. No staff at all.

The boutique hotel was very clean and modern! The bed and bedding was so comfortable. Had a really great sleep.

The only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room but there happened to be a little bakery next door!

Excellent..highly recommend

Top quality room. Although self service was able to get support when needed..including extra pillows..from the sister hotel immediately across the road.

Nothing we didnt like...but would suggest a note at the self service check in to say if arriving early you can leave luggahe at Hotel D Art opposite. Again not a problem but for future guests arriving by train..there is a rail link that takes you down the hill..or up it on the way back..great if you have heavy bags!

Nettes zentral gelegenes Zimmer, leider kalt bei Ankunft.

Zentral, großes Zimmer, modernes Bad

Zimmer war nicht geheizt, als ich ankam. Im Flur war es viel wärmer… Hat länger gedauert, bis der Heizeffekt kam. Etwas kahle Einrichtung. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, dafür nettes Café direkt unten im Haus.

Sehr angenehm - gute Lage - unkompliziert - immer wieder gerne

Das Zimmer inkl. Bad waren sehr geräumig und sehr sauber! Der Check-In-Prozess war zudem einfach und unkompliziert. Praktisch war, dass sich direkt angrenzend eine Bäckerei befand, bei der man leckere Brötchen etc kaufen konnte früh morgens.

Die Temperatur im Gebäudeinneren sowie im Zimmer war zu warm. Deshalb mussten wir mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, weshalb aber Lärm durch Drittpersonen vom Innenhof gut zu hören war.

Superbe séjour

Emplacement idéal à quelques pas du centre de Neuchâtel. Petit déjeuner à aller chercher à la boulangerie au dessous. Parfait. Petit hotel très bien pensé et extrêmement confortable.

Magnifique séjour

La taille de la chambre, le confort et la qualité des équipements, ainsi que la propreté et le calme, étaient au rendez-vous. La boulangerie située au rez-de-chaussée a été un vrai plus. Une expérience qui fut une belle surprise !

Stylisches Hotel im Herzen von Lausanne.

Es hat alles was man braucht für eine zentral gelegene Übernachtung in Lausanne. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, tolles Badezimmer, Kaffe-Tee, alle sda. Preis-Leistung total in Ordnung.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass in diesem Zimmer geraucht worden ist, das Kopfkissen roch nach altem Rauch. Ansonsten alles tiptop.

Self-check in hat gut geklappt, modernes zweckmässiges Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe zum See und 5min bis zur Altstadt. Parkplätze zu fairen Preisen stehen unweit zur Verfügung.

Très joli , bien meublé, propre, très bien placé entre centre ville , lac, funiculaire de la gare. Ménage impeccable. Aide si pbl de check-in

Le check in automatique bug un peu parfois mais il faut juste recommencer et ça va . Et on a de l’aide au besoin.

Sehr laut, sehr heiß. Obwohl wir 4 Nächte da waren, haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen. Dachschräge, so dass man nicht ohne sich anzustoßen aus dem Bett steigen konnte.
