L'emplacement est top et la grandeur de la chambre est très agréable.
Lors du check-in, nous n'avons pas pu payer avec la carte de crédit la taxe de séjour, car le système ne fonctionnait plus. Nous avons dû faire appel à Natalia, la réceptionniste de l'autre établissement qui a été très efficace.

L’emplacement, la propreté, la déco, le matériel.
La borne automatique pour le check-in ne fonctionne pas, heureusement que nous avons croisé des personnes de l’hôtel qui nous ont indiqué d’aller dans l’hôtel d’en face pour s’enregistrer.

Aucun reproche à faire sur les chambres
Le système de paiement de la taxe de séjour ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons été contraints de nous diriger avec nos valises vers l'hôtel en face pour pouvoir obtenir nos clefs. C'est totalement anormal et nous n'étions malheureusement pas les seuls. Un avertissement sur la porte ou un mail aurait été les bienvenus pour commencer un séjour agréable.
