Location, price.
Breakfast was okay, but not more than that.

Close to the lake and within walking distance of the town centre.
It is easily reachable from the train station, by funicular.

Vending machine with alcohol options
Power in first room was not working. No check was done, but in the end alternative room offered. Noisy at times and aircons in loft rooms very noisy.
