Communication was very good — all messages were answered promptly and problems were resolved quickly.
If the apartment’s defects were repaired and a proper deep cleaning was done, the rating would definitely be higher.
The apartment is nicely designed and definitely has potential, but the current condition does not fully match the photos shown in the listing. The apartment is quite worn out, with many visible defects (for example, a broken table that was glued back together and damaged furniture surfaces).
We also did not like the €500 security deposit requirement. Although we received it back without issues, it still felt uncomfortable to have that amount of money frozen, especially considering the apartment is already heavily worn.
The location also did not feel very safe, and it was very noisy at night. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on.
