Paris, belle vue, balcons

Je ne puis que répéter les compliments positifs des autres. Jamais je ne me suis senti autant "comme chez moi". Quartier animé, pas de problème de restauration ni de ballades dans le quartier. Silence total au niveau de la chambre au 11ème étage ! La nuit assis sur le balcon, c'est le Nirvana ! un privilège de partager ça, effectivement grâce à un Guillaume très avenant.

We had a very pleasant stay. Guillaume was a friendly, welcoming and easy-going host, and it was a pleasure to talk to him. He was also very flexible and kindly accommodated our arrival and departure times. The location is very convenient, with plenty of lovely cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. One of our favourite parts of the stay was having breakfast on the balcony each morning. It was a lovely way to start the day.

This isn’t really a negative point, but it’s worth knowing before booking. We didn’t initially realise that the booking was for a private room rather than the entire apartment, with shared access to the kitchen and bathroom. However, Guillaume informed us about this immediately after the booking and kindly offered us the option to cancel free of charge if it wasn’t suitable for us, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is quite simple, but comfortable and cosy.

Guillaume is an great host. He explained everything and gave us good tips. Communication was easy from the moment of the booking, check in till check out
