The location is good, close if you like long walks, park is opposite. The host is nice she helped and was kind.
The bed mattress definitely needs to be changed, it's feels very old and bouncy, needs to be firm. The pillows were more cosmetic and not for actually sleeping on. I think definitely having just the bed improved will make a difference to the whole place. Also little things like shower door does not close properly and no natural light. Lights need to be on all time
