Studio paisible Paris 10ème - Canal St Martin

Le studio est bien situé, dans un quartier sympa.

On entend beaucoup les voisins et on sent que le métro passe en dessous. L'accès à l'appartement n’est pas très engageant. Le tapis est à changer de toute urgence. Il donne un aspect négligé au studio qui est propre par ailleurs.

L’appartement est sympa et fonctionnel. Bien chauffé avec des petits attentions serviettes de bain, produits de toilette, café et tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire un repas. Calme la nuit

Pas de torchon pour sécher la vaisselle, le tapis fait un peux négliger et les casseroles et poêles sont légèrement accrochées de traces de brûlé.

Bien situé près du canal st Martin et pour louer des vélos et visiter Paris. Le logement était propre, juste pouvoir mettre des rideaux pour le lever du soleil mais sinon tout était niquel 😊

I liked that the apartment was small but comfortable. Everything was in one place. I don't like using public transport in big cities so I rented a bike every day and was in the city in 10 minutes. It was really great.

the bed, the duvet, the sheets, the bathroom and the toilet were clean. but the floor, the kitchen sink and the stove were quite neglected. there was dust on everything. if I have an apartment and I know that someone has booked the apartment, I clean it thoroughly the day before. but despite that I enjoyed being there. Oh and just a piece of good advice. If you've eaten or drunk, wash the plate and glass immediately, vacuum up the crumbs, don't leave any food out, otherwise the ants will come and get you lol
