Beautiful studio - 20' walking from Montmartre

Nice building, close to metro station, comfortable, close to Montmartre. There was almost everything we needed, including a washing machine. Host provided coffee :) The apartment is nothing fancy but it's enough if you just need a place to sleep for a few nights.

There is no TV or microwave, also no AC but that was expected. The building's staircase and halls smell really bad, but it stays out of the apartment at least. Some dishes were not cleaned properly. The area is sometimes noisy at night with some neighbors not respecting quiet hours or general noise from the street. The worst part is probably the surrounding streets you're going to pass when walking to Montmartre, city centre or different metro stations. We felt very uneasy there even during the day. If you plan to go out at night often during your visit to Paris, we do not recommend staying anywhere near this area.

The apartment building was very pleasant, with a small, peaceful courtyard that created a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself was exactly as described—spacious, and comfortable. We also appreciated that a fan was provided, which made the apartment much more comfortable, especially on warmer days.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there are a few small, low-cost improvements that could significantly enhance the guest experience. We booked for two people for two nights, but only one bath towel and one hand towel were provided. It would be more appropriate to provide a bath towel for each guest. Basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner would also be a welcome addition. A shower curtain would help prevent water from spreading across the bathroom floor after showering, and a few extra hooks around the apartment for hanging towels and clothes would make the space much more practical and convenient.

Parfait

Die Wohnung ist klein aber noch genug bereit für zwei Personen. Das Bad war groß aber nur fehlen Hacken für die Handtücher. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Location ist ok. Es ist authentischauf jeden Fall und hat gute Verbindung. Es gibt Bars, Supermarkts, Bäckereis und Restaurants in die Nähe. Anleitung zur Zugang war sehr deutlich und die Besitzerin hat schnell geantwortet, wenn ich Frage habe.

Die Küche ist sehr minimal bzw. keine Deckel, Wasserkocher noch nichts dass man Kaffe kochen kann. Die Gebäude ist sehr sehr alt, fast antik. Es ist natürlich nett aber gleichzeitig stinkt die Treppenhaus. Es stinkt nicht nur sehr alt sondern auch bisschennach Urine. Leider ist es so auch in die Straßen in Paris :( Wahrscheinlich ist es einer der besten Optionen in Paris, da alles sehr teuer sind.
