Silk & Sunset - City and Lake View with parking

The location was excellent, beautiful apartment with amazing views and very close to the city. We had a mid sized sedan and were able to get it in and out of the parking spot easily enough. The apartment itself was clean, easy to get in to, and had nice touches like international plugs and an iron with ironing board which came in handy. The bathrooms and kitchen were excellent, the beds were memory foam with clean linen. The balcony had a cool motor operated shade which was very convenient. Would Definitely stay again.

We couldn’t use the wifi as we didn’t have the code and couldn’t communicate with the host. The air conditioners were not great, the main and second bedroom units just did not cool at all, while the third bedroom and lounge units worked fine. The stovetop is induction, but didn’t seem to work with the available cookware.

La casa está totalmente renovada, limpia y confortable. Es muy bonita y tiene unas vistas fantásticas. Nos encantó su decoración y buen estar. Impecable.

Llegar sin un buen asesoramiento se puede volver una auténtica pesadilla. COMO LLEGAR PARA FUTUROS INQUILINOS. En el pueblo (Como) coger en intercambiador de autobuses el N°5 que pasa y tiene parada para bajada en la puerta. Si se va en coche, coger la carretera dirección pueblo Brunate( que es donde va el funicular) y en el n°13 de ésa carretera está la casa. NUNCA COJÁIS EL FUNICULAR PARA ACCEDER ANDANDO A LA CASA. El funicular os lleva hasta arriba del todo y pertenece a ésa altura al pueblo de Brunate. Si desde Como cogéis un Taxi en la plaza del Duomo de Como, hasta la casa, os cobrarán de día unos 16 € y de noche 20 y tantos. Depende del taxi. Comento todo, pues para nosotros fué una odisea llegar y cuando lo conoces es Tan Fácil. La casa está en una buena cuesta y las cocheras individuales son muy estrecitas. Coche pequeño. Me faltaron unas buenas y altas copas para brindar con un buen vino de la tierra. No había servilletas de cortesía hasta comprarlas nosotros. Son detallitos que suman. LA CASA ES FANTÁSTICA.

La ripida salita per raggiungere in auto il garage privato, ma è un fattore comune delle strade di Como. La caffettiera non era adatta per piani induzione e non abbiamo potuto fare il caffè.

موقع الشقق حيث انه يصعب الوصول لها وكذلك وجود مواقف صعبه جدا للدخول تقع في منحدر شديد وطريق صغير يكاد يتسع للسياره وكذلك الوقوف اصعب وشبه مستحيل تقريبا حيث انني اصدمت مايقارب ثلاث مرات بالسياج الحديدي مماتسبب في تلفيات بالسياره وصاحب الشقق اتوفع انه كبير بالسن صعب التعامل معه حيث اننا بقيينا بالشارع حتى الساعه 7 مساء نريد يرسل موقع دقيق حيث ان الموقع بالتطبيق غير واضح
