Great place that can become very difficult to access

Nice cosy apartment with a kitchen, balcony with a great view, located in a driving distance from Lucerne. This would be a great place to stay for a night on your road trip in Switzerland, but the experience of accessing this place was stressful and disappointing. Neighbours mentioned that many other travellers experienced this issue.

There's a big infrastructure work ongoing on the street that takes you to the building where the apartment is located. Neither cars nor pedestrians can't bypass this obstacle. Google Maps doesn't show any alternative route to get there. The host briefly mentioned about this obstacle and mentioned where to park your car, but those instructions were not helpful and guiding at all. We arrived late at night by car, the mobile connection (Holafly eSIM) works poorly in that place so it was a challenge to use internet and call the host, tried to find a way to walk through that construction zone without any success. We were lucky that we came through some neighbours who explained how to bypass it (few kilometers of driving around from other side that Google Maps even didn't show) and reach the building. You need to drop your car in another place near another dusty construction 150m away from the building and walk down the hill to the building. With luggage and kids this can become a challenge. I don't recommend this place unless the host adds a lot more detailed instructions on reaching this place. Otherwise, this could be a great place to stay.

Spacious apartment with amazing view

The apartment is really spacious, has a balcony with an amazing view over the mountains and is located 10 minutes walking distance from the center of the village of Schwyz. There is also a free parking for the car. We were 4 so we had 2 bedrooms opened, but I guess that there is the possibility to come with a bigger group!

It would be nice to include a guide with the essentials of the appartement (wifi code and check out info so we do not have to disturb the hosts) and also some must do in the area!

Great experience

Very good property. Very comfortable and well equipped. Much better than the pictures. The view outside the window is stunning. Love it so much. The host is so kind and friendly. She is very helpful on the check in process and introduced the room very patiently. I really had a great time there.

Super Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍

Super zentrale Lage mit toller Rund-um-Sicht auf Schwyz und Umgebung. Moderne Küche, großzügige Räumlichkeiten und tadellose Sauberkeit.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten ergänzt werden, wie zum Beispiel Eierbecher für gekochte Frühstückseier, ein paar Gläser für ein Bier oder Schnäppschen, ein, zwei kleine Lämpchen für gedämpfte Abendbeleuchtung. Es fehlte nichts Wesentliches, nur ein paar Dinge der Kategorie „ nice to have“.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Aussicht und Lage.

Eine sehr große Unterkunft. Modern und gepflegt und mit viel Charme. Sehr freundlicher Host. (Wir hatten aufgrund einer Sperrung Probleme mit der Anfahrt. Die Inhaberin hat uns nach einem kurzen Anruf bei einem verabredeten Standort abgeholt, ist mit ihrem Wagen vorgefahren und hat uns damit zur Unterkunft geleitet.) Absolute Empfehlung!

Wohnung toll, Baustelle Katastrophe.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt schöner als auf den Fotos, speziell die Küche war sensationell, hätte ich am liebsten gleich mitgenommen. Super Fernseher mit Disney Plus inklusive. Betten und Couch komfortabel. Das Bad war OK. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war super.

Leider starker Lärm von der Baustelle an der Straße, ausschlafen war Wochentags nicht möglich, 07:00 Tagwache mit Presslufthammer, genau was man im Urlaub braucht. Aufgrund der Baustelle war auch die Zufahrt nicht immer möglich und man musste 200 Meter entfernt parken und wegen Straßensperren immer einen Umweg nehmen. Die Wohnung war kleiner als angegeben, da einige Räume verschlossen waren, war für uns aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft um etwa 16:00 noch nicht bezugsfertig und wir mussten auf die Reinigung warten. Aufgrund der Baustelle wäre zumindest eine Reduzierung des Preises mehr als angebracht gewesen, zwischenzeitlich dachten wir an Heimreise. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde anstatt sich zumindest zu Entschuldigen, einfach nicht geantwortet.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem, im Wohnzimmer ist alles dabei, sogar die Spielsachen für Kinder waren da, Traumhafte Terasse/Balkon, mit dem Tisch und Kerzen.

Schöne große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

An sich ist die Wohnung schön, groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ein Traum, und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch.

Aktuell finden Bauarbeiten vor Ort statt, daher ist das Parken direkt vor dem Haus nicht möglich. Die Eigentümerin war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns telefonisch kontaktiert, am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt und zu einem alternativen Parkplatz begleitet – etwa 100–150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein Wasserkocher hat uns gefehlt, aber das war nicht weiter tragisch.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Toller Panoramaausblick, sehr nette und engagierte Vermieter (das fehlende Babybett wurde sofort organisiert), große Wohnung mit großem Balkon, nagelneue Einrichtung und Küche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben bestens geschlafen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Da die Wohnung noch nicht so lange vermietet wird, fehlen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten (zB Flaschenöffner, Vorhänge, Garderobe für Jacken, Nachtkästchen mit Nachttischlampen). Der lt. Anzeige vorhandene Fön fehlte leider. Das Bad könnte noch modernisiert werden (Dusche statt Badewanne) - dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Ubicación y vistas a buen precio

La ubicación para explorar la zona del lago de los 4 cantones es inmejorable. La casa es muy amplia para 4 personas, y está super bien cuidado todo. ¡La cocina es impresionante! Y las vistas desde todas las ventanas son BRUTALES.

La única pega que pondría es que no hay sofá en el salón.
