City stay - work trip

Very nice apt hotel, with all the necessities for a worktrip, well equipped with ironing board and fully functional kitchen. Didn't see any staff while there, but very easy to check in and out, and they were very fast to reply to any messaging within working hours. Overall easy, clean and very good value for money.

Only small remark was no shoehorn available, but that's a minor details in the bigger picture.

The central heating is insufficient and à fan would be useful. Also out of their control is the noise from nearby construction — This is just a warning to prevent future complaints. However if you keep windows closed you hear nothing.

Tolle Zimmer mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Sehr guter service und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist für uns toll, da wir ebenfalls in der Papieri wohnen, können wir die Zimmer als Gästezimmer buchen.

Modern & Qualitativ hochwertiges Zimmer mit Baustellenlärm

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Das Gebäude sowie die Zimmer sind von hoher Qualität. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Das Raumklima lässt sich nicht wirklich gut regulieren. Aufgrund der Baustelle direkt gegenüber, auf der 24/7 riesige Trockner/Gebläse laufen, konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und es war für unsere Verhältnisse zu warm. Und das Ende Oktober. Dadurch war ein erholsamer Schlaf/Urlaub leider nicht vollumfänglich möglich. Wir sind sogar einen Tag früher abgereist, da uns das so gestresst und getriggert hat. Die Unterkunft trifft da keine Schuld, aber ich denke das sollten interessierte zu dieser Unterkunft wissen.

Très bel appartement, super bien équipé.

Immeuble moderne avec des équipements et un ameublement de qualité. L'appartement était neuf, très propre et super bien équipé. Que ce soit la cuisine avec les casseroles Kuhn Rikon ou services Victorinox, machine à café, micro-ondes, la salle de bains super pratique ou la chambre avec petit bureau et coin à manger, tout était parfait. La literie est aussi très confortable. De granges armoires murales sont pratiques pour le rangement. Nous aurions apprécié d'y loger plus longuement.

Le check-in n'était pas si facile. Le site est très grand et comprendre comment trouver les bornes d'enregistrement depuis le parking a pris du temps. Toutes les démarches sont en anglais ou en allemand, pas évident pour des francophones. Mais en cas de problème, une personne répond en permanence au téléphone mis à disposition.

Bel appartement moderne

Arrivée autonome, très pratique. Immeuble tout neuf. Superbe appartement moderne. Cuisine bien équipée. Literie confortable. Belle vue en hauteur sur les immeubles modernes autour. City vibes. Proche du lac de Zoug, accessible à pied. Commodités et commerces pratiques proches à pied.

Le quartier et les immeubles autour sont en travaux. On n'a pas eu de souci car nous avons séjourné un week-end, les ouvriers ne travaillent pas. On est reparti le lundi matin et dès 7h ça tappe dans tous les sens. Quand les travaux seront fini, ce sera très agréable.

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Modern, gut und qualitativ eingerichtet (auch die Küche), bequemes Bett, genug Handtücher. Besonders positiv war, dass die Küchenaustattung wirklich in gutem Zustand war, inklusive scharfen Messern. Auch der Kontakt mit Mitarbeitern war sehr freundlich. Anbindung mit dem Bus auf die Züge ist perfekt fürs Erkunden der Zentralschweiz.

Täglich ab ca. 7 Uhr Bauarbeiten, wo geschlossene Fenster aber zumindest etwas helfen. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre hilfreich gewesen. Für Ende September/Anfang Oktober war es für uns etwas zu warm, die scheinen die Wände zu speichern.

Sehr schönes Appartment, ganz neu, super Ausstattung. Tolle Lage, Parkplätze vor Ort (gegen Bezahlung), Hunde gegen Aufpreis gestattet. Kaffee vor Ort kostenlos.

Durch die Sonnen Einstrahlung heizt sich das Appartment sehr auf.

C’était très propre, très beau, service à la clientèle efficace, bien équipé.

Le processus de check-in compliqué. Tu dois savoir où y aller car avant on a pas eu aucune information pour nous indiquer la place où on fait l’enregistrement. La place très très bruyante car il y a beaucoup de construction autour, impossible de prendre un café tranquille sur le balcon. Il faisait très chaud dans l’appartement. Peut être juste mettre des ventilateurs dans les chambres ça pourrait aider car avec les fenêtres fermées pas d’air à l’intérieur.

حجزي كان عبارة عن شقة بغرفة نوم كبيرة ووسيعة تحتوي على صالة ومطبخ منفصل عن الغرفة وكذلك في بلكونة خاصة ، الشقق امنه الدخول كان تسجيل ذاتي ارسلوا رابط قبلها بيوم وعبيت جميع البيانات ورمز لدخول وكود و عند الدخول عبيت الاسم الاخير وباقي البيانات عن طريق جهاز وبعدها تحط البطاقة واقدر تاخذ اكثر من بطاقة وبعدها تدخل الشقق سواء من المواقف الارضية او من اللوبي فيه جهاز عليه ارقام بس تمرر البطاقة ويفتح عجبتني النظافة والمطبخ متكامل في كل شيء والفرن سهل الاستخدام و غسالة الصحون وفي الدور تبع المواقف في مكان غسيل غسالات ومجفف بس حمل التطبيق الخاص فيها من الباركود الموجود على الغسالة عشان تتبع متى تنتهي ، مع انه سحب من مبلغ اضافي بسبب خطاء في التطبيق بس يبقى ممتاز واسعارها تتراوح من 2 فرانك الى نصف فرنك حسب البرنامج اللي تختاره المواقف ارضية وتقدر تدفع من الباركود اللي على التذكرة اسهل واسرع تسجيل الخروج كان سهل وسريع

المواقف غالية ليت يكون فيه خصم للنزلاء ، وفيه مباني قيد الانشاء في المنطقة تبدا العمل في الساعة 7 تقريبًا

Fast alles vorhanden für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt. Geschirrspülmittel bzw. -tabs muss man sich selbst besorgen.

Der Lärm der Baustelle genau gegenüber war von Montag bis Freitag auch im Preis inbegriffen. Es war leider nicht möglich, gegen ein Appartement auf der abgewandten Seite zu tauschen. Der Baustil mit viel nacktem Beton ("Brutalismus") ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, es war dadurch leider nicht möglich, online auszuchecken. Über das Servicetelefon war niemand erreichbar ("In Notfällen erreichen Sie uns natürlich rund um die Uhr!"). Das beworbene gegenüber liegende Café hatte vom 26. Juli bis 9. August Betriebsferien.

У апартаментов хорошое место положение, так как мы были на автомобиле то было удобно посещать различные места . В апартаментах уютно и комфортно, хорошая вентиляция, отличная кровать и подушки, спится превосходно. В этом доме также есть подземная парковка за 10 франков в день. На улице парковка стоит столько же.

При заезде чек-ин киоски были не исправны пришлось немного потратить время на получение доступа к апартаментам. Клиентская поддержка была на высоте, спасибо. Рядом с апартаментами идет стройка, шуметь начинают с 7,30 утра, но только до четверга. Через годик там скорее всего будет по спокойнее
