Comfy loft apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood.. close to the train station and shops and a couple of restaurants. 15 minute gentle walk to the lake where we had a swim! Kitchen was great. Good living room and Comfy beds. Perfect as a base to explore Lucerne and surrounding areas. Rob, our host was very responsive to all my questions. The check-in process was seamless.

Bathroom was quite small... not great if you are a bigger person or tall. As stated .. the Apartment is a loft apartment so if you have big bags or are not so mobile then this may not be for you.

Character loft apartment in quiet street

Great little loft apartment with comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen and very kind host. The side street is nice & quiet, but you are by the lake and centre of town within minutes. We really enjoyed staying in an older villa rather than the usual moden concrete flats you get a lot in Switzerland.

-Lage super - sehr zentral zum Bahnhof - Preis Leistung Spitzenklasse - Einrichtung - alles da und gemütlich eingerichtet

- das einzigste was ich zu bemängeln hätte ist, dass die Kaffekapseln nicht kompartibel mit der Delizio Kaffeemaschiene waren und ich am ersten Morgen kein Kaffee machen konnte, was für mich " Horror" war :-) weil ohne Käffchen am Morgen, bekomme ich Kummer und Sorgen ;-) hahaha - aber ich habe es überlebt :-) ...sonst war wirklich alles tip top :-)

Lage super aber Komfort und Sauberkeit stimmt nicht.

Die Lage ist super

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Musste zuerst den Backofen inkl. Backbleche reinigen bevor ich es brauchen konnte. Die Bratpfannen wurden so verräumt wie sie gebraucht wurden inkl. Fett Rückstände. Der Größte Teil an Glühbirnen waren defekt und somit hatte es fast kein Licht.

Die Wohnung hat tatsächlich Potential, ist aber relativ lieblos ausgestattet, sie macht eher den Eindruck der zusammengewürfelten Möbelstücke, sind funktional aber machen eher keinen guten Eindruck. Dies spiegelt sich auch in einer wackeligen Couch, leeren Batterien in der Fernbedienung etc. wieder.

Große Menschen haben speziell im Bad, das wirklich sehr klein. Ist ein Problem zu duschen. Das Bad hat zwei Spiegelfliesen, der Spiegel, der auf dem Waschtisch steht hat keinen Sinn. Die Empore auf der ein Bett steht ist effektiv nur für Kinder geeignet, Erwachsene bekommen hier eher Platzangst, weil es extrem eng ist unter dem Dach. Leider ist auf der Empore kein Geländer, so dass man neben der steilen Leiter auch keine Kinder dort schlafen lassen sollte. Die Wohnung hat speziell an den Dachfenstern keine Verdunklung, so dass es gerade im Sommer schon früh ziemlich hell ist.

Logement bien situé, dans une rue calme. Accès pratique. Logement propre et bien décoré.

Logement situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur : attention avec les valises. Je n’avais pas associé la dénomination « loft » au fait de n’avoir aucune pièce fermée (sauf sdb/toilettes). Ce n’est pas forcément pratique avec un enfant d’autant que toutes les fenêtres n’ont pas de volet, autant dire que nous étions debout dès l’aurore. Aucun garde corps sur la mezzanine ce qui n’est pas sécurisant et il ne faut pas être grand au risque de facilement taper la tête. La baignoire nécessiterait d’être équipée d’un pommeau de douche, en l’état quasiment impossible de se laver les cheveux.

Das Badezimmer war wie in anderen Rezensionen bereits erwähnt eine Katastrophe! Die Parkplatz Situation (wir sollten direkt vorm Haus an der Hecke parken, was nicht nach einem Stellplatz aussah...) war unbefriedigend.

Difficoltà con i bagagli: scala di accesso molto ripida. Poca manutenzione in generale: divano e cassettiera traballanti, stoviglie sporche, assenza di tovaglia e tovaglioli. Seconda stanza scomoda perché in soppalco di difficile accesso. Bagno piccolo e senza prese elettriche.

Buena ubicación para estancias cortas

La ubicación es muy buena, y el anfitrión es muy amable. La cocina está muy bien equipada.

El espacio es amplio, pero las camas están pegadas junto a techos bajos, por lo que no puedes entrar y salir cómodamente de ellas. De echo, una de las dos camas dobles, está en un altillo al que mis hijos de 5 años no podían subir y bajar sin riesgo a caerse, motivo por el cuál acabaron durmiendo en el sofá. Para una pareja, que quiera pasar un par de días, está bien, pero no lo recomiendo para familias ni para estancias más largas. La ducha tampoco es cómoda, debido también a los techos bajos.

Wohnung war nicht wie beschrieben und etwas schmutzig, aber der Vermieter war sehr bemüht.

Sehr netter Vermieter, problemloser Check-in, ruhig gelegen.

Nicht sehr sauber, Geschirrspüler war defekt, Schimmel in Bad und Dusche. In der Beschreibung stand „zwei Zimmer“, das stimmt nicht.
