Small but clean, functional and well-equipped apartment very close to the centre of Zug and its railway station. Also very close to where I had to go to work. Small but excellent shower/toilet/washbasin. Great that the bathroom mirror didn't mist up, even after a shower, Excellent towels. Perhaps supply some more soap, rather than the teeny tiny bottle provided. Good wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. In our case, nice spacious balcony, which we would have used, had the weather been kinder.
Getting in was an absolute nightmare - a whole rigmarole in order to get the code to get in (why not send the code to the customer, instead of expecting them to go through this crazy procedure of having to photograph their ID? Especially when it doesn't work first time, and you have to go through it all again). MUCH better arrangement needed!

To be honest - my expections were not high give the price - but I was pleasantly surprised. VERY CLEAN - roomy - great facilities and excellent water pressure in the shower.
It wasn't very clear from the booking about pre-registration of the property. You had to go onto their property website to do it - but that wasn't clear to me on booking.com
