Second home away from home

The location was good, walking distance from the train station, stores, and a bus stop right in front of the apartment. It was also convenient that the place has facilities such as a kitchen, washing machine, and elevator. The customer support staff is very friendly and very responsive

The place was quite small for the price we paid. I think it's heavily overpriced. We also don't like that there is no climate control or air-conditioning in the place.

Needs a little love (don't be fooled by the pictures)

- The location is convenient, a bakery & restaurants and the metalli mall are close by (walking distamce 1-5 min) and it's just a quick walk (~10 min) to the Zug See. - easy check in and out via code - pets allowed

- The appartment was kinda dirty (flooring + kitchen) and i didn't have any power for a couple of hours - no oone occupied the office when i arrived (sat), so i couldn't chat with someone (ask about the power or also the sheet you're supposed to fill out whwn traveling with a dog) -> i've sent a couple of emails but noone replied - there's an inventory list: check it!! I had a couple of things missing (and i guess they make you pay for it when you don't i form them in time, rightfully so) - no 'manual' for the room and it's interior. I didn't manage to change the jalousy so it was kind of bright during the night time cause of the street lanterns - the noisy neighbour. One did bang the doors even at 2 or 3am, bring earplugs (and stay calm) - there was no hanging for wet clothes (maybe put a knob or somethimg in the bathroom?) - the bed was real comfy but it's a tad too big for the space -> it's hardly possible to walk around without banging your knee or shin somewhere - it's a tiny appartment but the price is ridiculous (i paid >100€/night and it's sometimes even >160€/n)

DO NOT STAY HERE, terrible customer service, worn-out and poor value for money.

Location was convenient for the train station, parking nearby.

Location and entrance did not feel safe. Location and area was dirty unkempt. Very hard to understand instructions and absolutely no customer service. Room was literally a box, no actual facilities except the minimum. Bed matress was collapsed and uncomfortable, two pillows which were so bad we had to roll up the divet as a pillow. Black mould across the ceiling in the bathroom as the extractor fan seemed to have never worked. All the fittings in the bathroom were old, some hanging off the wall. Shampoo gel was actually dish washing liquid. Towels were very thin and small. Kitchen had one plate, one bowl- poorly stocked. Not welcome pack. When complained were essentially ignored for two days by which time we had left. Were not offered any recompense by VisionApartments, booking.com offered the minimum. It was basically horrible.

2 Night stay in Zug

The bed was super comfortable and firm. Exactly how I like it. Handy with a kitchen and the shower was relaxing. They had an elevator in the building which was very helpful with good internet. Located in a prime location, approx 5-6min walk to the train station & bus area. Karolina from Customer service helped me resolve an issue I had, so thank you very much again.

Clean, good bed. Reasonable price for the location.

No AC, no ventilation in room. Room temperature around 30°C, bad air. Sensor lighting in bathroom that turned off only after 30mins of no movement without possibility to turn it off manually, light shining into the bedroom under the doors.

Vision Apartments is always a comfortable choice when you need to have a mini kitchen during a travel. I love the bath products offered; the jasmine hair conditioner is my absolute favourite.

No kettle available. Only an espresso machine with the option of a steamer. Not for capsules but for powdered coffee grains.

Great location, functional for short stays, clean and good value for money.

Location is great, bathroom and water pressure very good, comfortable bed and good but very basic kitchenette (no oven).

Problems with the code getting in and on the last day they deactivated the code before my 10am check out. Room is very small and the laundry room is not well maintained as it’s communal but others do not clean the dryer filters etc.

The location is great, super near the train station.

The radiator was continuously making noises, also throughout the night. The apartment was super small; I know that it said "mini studio" but you could almost not even pass between the bed and the window in order to close the blinds or curtains! The kitchen was so tight and full with the coffee machine etc. that cooking was difficult; additionally there was nothing for cleaning the dishes (scourer or soap); there was also no wine glasses, or ice cubes; and the coffee machine was quite complicated (no coffee capsules) and splashing out coffee drops at least 20cm all around the machine, messy! The table for working or eating was "recessed" between the window & kitchen looking at the door, not very pleasant. The bathroom was like in a campervan, like a plastic cabinet kind of; functional but super tiny and not nice. Bed not very comfy, but ok; pillows however quite bad (super flat!).

Affordable, safe and clean stay close to station in Zug.

The hotel was very close to Zug Station and lakefront. Room very clean. Large fridge and good quality coffee machine. Room was very warm - the were to windows (both double glazing) so insulation was excellent and no noise (it is quite in general). Bed very comfortable. Wifi connection good. Will definitely stay again next time.

Maybe extra pillows (on request maybe).

Disappointing, but you get what you pay for.

Location is good for business travelers. Simple, but in line with the price.

- You had to use the toilet sideways as it was too close to the shower. - Don't sell a 140 bed as a full bed. Put in a normal two person bed especially when the room has enough space. - They were knocking on the door 10.00 sharp to check you out. - Overall room design hasn't been though through, the electricity cable of the water kettle couldn't reach the electricity plug as it was place too high. We had the junior studio apartment and the extra space we got was in essence a larger entry space you don't use....but no usable space.
