Room was small and smelly, shower had a serious water leak and mold. Overall everything in poor condition

I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold.

This is the worst travel stay ever experienced, HORRIBLE!!! There was no front desk, you have to use email, communication horrible...When getting to the room, it was SO HOT, there is no AC, no Fan, nothing for cooling down..I emailed them ask help, but no response. Ironically I walked out to the street and it was much cooler... the first night, I had to stay outside longer and then went back to hotel hoping it would cool down, but still very hot, unbearable, without a fan it was like an oven....worse, when I tried to sleep, there was mosquito... I did not get to rest properly at all first night, and second day(Saturday), finally get an email saying they can bring a fan on Sunday, what a joke, I am checking out Sunday...and they did not mention any solution to deal with mosquito... (I had to went out bought a mosquito spray Saturday. )That day (Saturday) was even hotter, can't do anything in room, you try to sit or work and will be sweating...I had to go out that day as it was much cooler outside, basically oven in the room. Saturday evening when I went back to room, it's still hot as hell, over 85F, I tried to rest, but about 1:30am Sunday morning felt so itchy, &found out 3 big mosquito bites on me, obviously spray not useful, need those mosquito lamp or incense..The hotel management is not working per basic ethics, they do not do anything to help customers, only find excuses or lies. Turns out they knew hot &mosquito situation, but didn't put fan&mosquito lamp or incens
