Wonderful location and very comfortable room

Apartment itself was clean, especially kitchen was new.

We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment A - The apartment unit was on the 5th floor with no elevator (+ one flight walk-up from the unit door as it is an attic). They mentioned no elevator, but they didn't notice in any property description that this place requires 6 flights walk-up. We would have chosen different places if we had known this as we had 4 large luggages. - Our laundry was locked in the washing machine in the basement due to their false advertising and misleading instructions from the management (Instructed us to use the laundry facility in the basement). - Management staff couldn't open the washing machine, even the following day. We had to sleep without proper sleepwear, cancel our tour and plans for the next day, and pay extra 3 hours of street parking until the management fixed the washing machine to get our clothes. - It is a false advertisement that a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for One Bedroom Apartment A, since they don’t provide a plastic key that is required to use the laundry facility in the basement for this room. They instructed to use the washing machine in the unit, but as a traveler, we need both washer and tumble dryer (which was advertise in the listing) and the washing machine in the unit was not working) Avoid this place if you have heavy luggages, and intend to use the washer and dryer. (Unless you are willing to use only washing machine, not a dryer, or walk up and down from 5th floor to the basement countless times)

Very well-equipped comfortable apartment at a good location. We had a very nice stay.

The sofa bed wasn’t prepared for our kids so we had to prepare it ourselves. Although it was not a big problem, but it would have been a good gesture from the hosts if it was already prepared when we arrived.

Perfect location, quite central but not too noisy. Very clean apartment with everything I needed. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Very good alternative to a very pricey hotel options in Zug area. I definitely recommend and will be back myself. Thank you.

The iron didn't work so it was a bit of a surprise in the morning. Toilet flush went on for a long time, tried to fix it as I don't like wasting water. So perhaps these 2 things need a bit of attention otherwise everything was perfect!

3rd floor walk up, no lift - we were ok with the 41 steps but some people might not be.

The location of Zug was amazing and where the property was located was convenient.

Troubleshooting with the WIFI system at the start of our stay. The double bed is very unstable. The slats are not very secured and even just sitting gently on the bed side, the slats would come loose from the frame. Checkout time was sooner than listed as we were asked to leave the property for cleaning around 10am despite being informed we could check out at 11am.
