Amazing property with everything you need for a short or long stay. The highlight for us was the view of Lake Lucerne from the terrace. Easy to reach by car.

The WIFI was a bit choppy and was down maybe 40% of the time.

Spectacular stay in Emmetten

Spacious,well equipped and very comfortable apartment.It has stunning panoramic views of Luzern lake.Check in and check out were smooth and easy.Volg supermarket is just few minutes away walking.The hosts Monica and Pietro were very kind ,cooperative and fast responsive.

Internet even though most of the time spent outside, this should be improved a lot a lot more than the slow speed currently it has considering the size of the flat. Internet must be upgraded to a far higher speed.

We rented 3 apartments for our family and had a really good time.

Excellent location and the views from our balcony were wonderful. The area is very quiet at night which we liked. It was nice having a kitchenette so we could prepare some of our meals. It was really nice having the use of a washer and dryer.

The curtains in the Jasmin apartment did not completely cover the balcony doors. Since those faced east, we got the rising sun very early. It would be nice to be able to block out more of the sun so we could sleep in longer. Didn't have enough paper towels or toilet paper so we had to search the laundry room for more.

Amazing Apartment and Super Hosts

A great host and a great apartment – a dream vacation. The apartment is spacious, super clean, with a great view, and everything is perfectly planned and located. This apartment has a great home feel and was the best place we've ever stayed during our vacation. The hosts are super friendly and took care of everything to make our stay extremely pleasant. We highly recommend this place and will come back if again in the same region.

Home away from home in Emmetten, Lucerne

We liked everything about this place. The location (Emmetten) is a peaceful village away from busy Lucerne with postcard perfect views. And the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Apartment has all the facilities for cook our own food. Kitchen is fully stocked, apartment Jasmine is spacious with all the items. The owner is a very humble and friendly person who greeted us and helped us with the instructions. He also provided us with free washing and drying facilities. This just felt like home. It was worth the money we spent and compared to other places around, the cost was very reasonable.

The wifi was quite slow, and it disconnects often. Add a reliable wifi connection and this place would be perfect.

lovely dwelling close to lucerne - entire family loved it

Location was the higlight. Nice tucked away village with awesome views. Morning and afternoon at the balcony with view of lake lucern were our highlight. Locationwise was perfect for our planned tourist visits. The hosts kept us informed of process and welcomed us next morning. Juice, water and welcome chocolates were a treat we were not expecting :) Bits in kitchen all there - including cooking oil. A little glitch on bathroom hot water was sorted very promptly. Heating was pretty good - we had to get the fan out - which was tucked away in the little loft room. Overall the place had a good chalet charm about - kids loved it.

Could have done with a foil in the kitchen and oven gloves to help with oven food. The roads up to the house from the motorway can be a bit tight especially it was in evening/dark time - many hairpin bends - so be prepared.

Relaxing, quiet and beautiful view.

Pietro was very kind to pick us up at the post and bring our bags up the stairs to our apartment he also brought the bags down from the apartment and took us to the post. The view from the terrace was beautiful! We were able to do our laundry at no charge. Very nice stay.

Some of the residents were stand offish and apparently did not like tourists in their city. Overall is was a pleasant stay.

A perfect base for trips out and about to locations around Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstättersee)

Room was clean, spacious and airy. Our host Pietro was very friendly and helpful. The view of the lake and mountains was fantastic. The kitchenette was well equipped including a toaster and kettle, which is not always the case.

Only a minor quibble, but the kitchenette could do with a new non-stick frying pan. The one provided had seen better days and was definitely no longer non-stick.

The view from the terrace is stunning. The apartments is spacious and is equipped with virtually everything you can think of for a vacation stay - from good coffee and tea and very lovely toiletries, trough umbrella and ironing board and even electrical outlet adapter in case you'll need it. When we asked for some advise the host shared a very helpful information, including about interesting local events. We enjoyed very much our stay and recommend the place.
