Very friendly staff, spent 4 nights here to go around this area. my family had good memory here. Good view as well. Fully equipped kitchen, convenient for families with elders and kids.

This apartment is about 30 minutes from Luzerne on the southern shore of Lake Lucerne. Upone arrival we were warmly greeted by Elizabeth and Felix. We instantly felt like family. They showed us around the apartment and made us feel so at home. There is an amazing view from the deck. The local restaurant is a 3 minute walk down the street and has wonderful flambe tartes. The local shop and bus stop are less than 10 minutes from the apartment. The entire apartment is well equipped. The kitchen is plentiful with dishes and cookware. The owners even had a wonderful bottle of wine in the fridge for us that we enjoyed while watching sunsets over the lake from our deck.

The shower does not have the best seal so we had to be mindful of water on the bathroom floor.

Somehow we managed to miss the fact that there was a laundry available to us, just outside the door. We should have asked Elisabeth!

The host were very nice and the house was pretty spacious

We were asked to keep the house clean and ensure all bed linens are taken out, dishes are done, house cleaned at checkout. The host kept Eur 300 as a deposit to ensure if anything is broken or untidy then it will be deducted. But when i checked my invoice I see Eur 170 charged towards cleaning. THis is absolutely not ok, if we are paying for cleaning then why did the host keep Eur 300 as deposit and also ensure we cleaned the property. We wasted 1 hr cleaning the old house and at the same time paid Eur 170 - this is absolutely not ok
