A wonderful stay with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a stunning view. The atmosphere was peaceful, the weather was great, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

The only downside was that most shops and restaurants in the area closed quite early (around 7 PM)

Fantastic break in a comfortable appartment in the most beautiful of areas.

The property was spacious and comfortable and had the most breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Everything that we needed was provided and there was a shop nearby to get fresh bread and other food supplies. There was lots to see and do nearby. We were spoiled for choice!

We found that noise travelled between rooms and we couldn’t work out how to close the shutters in the double bedroom on our windows. I’m sure Elizabeth would have shown us had we asked but the early starts meant we had more time to get out for walks and explore😀

Wonderful Stay in Emmeten

The hosts Elisabeth and Felix were friendly and kind. We were treated with a complimentary bottle of Swiss wine upon arrival - delicious. They anticipated our every need. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home. They were so considerate of my grandfather (88 years old) who travelled with me. We had a wonderful stay.

We really loved the location, it was a short and simple drive from the motorway. Amazing views from the balcony! The apartment was very clean, you could see and smell the cleanliness. The hosts were super friendly, and very helpful. They made sure we knew all we needed for our stay. Very happy with the stay, and would recommend it to anyone!

beautiful village

the village of Emmetten is very beautiful. the hosts are warm and welcoming and greeted us with a bottle of wine which was very nice. the house is decent size and the patio outside is really nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

the rules are a bit restrictive specially the fact that all dishes have to be washed and kept, bed covers to be removed and kept aside, no noise after 10pm, etc. We got a bit delayed during checkout due to that

The view was super great, The price was really fair compared to surrunding area. There is a supermarket near by (7 mins walk) The apartment is well equiped and super clean. The hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone who wants to travel to Emmetten area.

These gorgeous views, just breathtaking, I'll remember them for a long time! Emmetten looks like a village from a fairy tale with princes and dragons =) But the real treasure of this hotel is the hosts, Elisabeth and Felix were very nice and attentive.

The property was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed! The view looking out onto Lake Lucerne was breathtaking, we could never tire of it! Elisabeth and Felix were extremely accommodating, always happy to answer questions via WhatsApp and also kindly picked us up from Emmetten Post bus stop with our luggage (and dropped us back off there on our last day!). The property is easily accessible via public transport (we travelled from Zurich airport via train and bus, it was very easy) and is less than a 10 minute walk from Emmetten Post bus stop. The city Luzern is also very easily accessible via public transport! We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Beautiful location with excellent hosts

We were well received by our hosts who gave a full explanation regarding the facilities available in the apartment. They also provided us with a tourist card that gave some discounts on nearby attractions such as the Mt Pilatus cable car (10% on top of the 50% reduction for our demi-tarif). We rented a three bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped with every possible gadget we needed during our stay. One bedroom also was full of toys ( very useful on rainy day as we had two young grandchildren with us). Would definitely recommend this apartment as a base for visiting the many attractions in the nearby areas. We came in two cars and there was ample parking space with no extra charge.

The apartment was excellent, very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location is amazing, quiet, and close to nature. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Everything was well explained, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay الشقة ممتازة جدًا، نظيفة ومجهزة تجهيزًا كاملًا ومريحة. الموقع رائع وهادئ وقريب من الطبيعة. المالكون في غاية اللطف والتعاون والاحترافية، وتم شرح كل شيء لنا بوضوح وشعرنا بترحيب كبير طوال فترة الإقامة.

Nothing major. The only small inconvenience was the cash security deposit, as it is refunded at check-out and can be inconvenient for international guests. However, this did not affect the quality of our stay. لا يوجد شيء سلبي كبير. فقط ملاحظة بسيطة بخصوص مبلغ التأمين النقدي لأنه يُسترجع عند تسجيل الخروج وقد يسبب بعض الإزعاج للضيوف القادمين من الخارج، لكن هذا لم يؤثر على جودة الإقامة

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht

Wir hatten alle ein sauber bezogenes Bett. Es hat eine Geschirrspühlmaschine. Es hat Schlitten, welche man benutzen darf. Es hat ein grosses Sofa und einen grossen Tisch. Wir konnten mit dem Auto nach Beckenried und von dort aus Skifahren.

Eine Wohnung war sehr alt. Dazu muss man sagen, dass wir zwei Wohnungen gebucht haben. Eine war neu saniert und eine wirklich alt. der Preis ist aber für beide Wohnungen gleich. Wir haben uns erlaubt, unser Elektroauto übers Küchenfenster einzustecken, dies braucht höchstens 20.-. Dafür haben wir sonst Strom gespart, indem wir die Zusatzheizung nicht einsteckten und dadurch kalt hatten. Die Vermieter kennen keine Elektroautos und verlangten von uns 100.- zusätzlich für den Strom, wir einigten uns dann auf 50.-. Ebenfalls wurden wir beschimpft Ilegale beherbergt zu haben. Obwohl wir die 2 Wohnungen für 12 Personen gebucht haben und nur 11 Personen dort schliefen und wir max 12 Personen am Heiligabend waren. Die Wohnungen sind für je 6 erwachsene Personen eher knapp und es hat auch nur ein Bad pro Wohnung.
