Les cabines en bois sont mitoyennes et ont chacune leur jardin avec du mobilier pour manger dehors. C est extremement moderne design et confortable, equipe de stores qui peuvent s ouvrir ou se fermer completement pour l intimité.
La cuisine est très bien equipée dont avec machine à laver la vaiselle mais pas de four. Les informations par email en allemand sont très nombreuses mais trop tard pour le check out ( a 4h du matin un email demande de passer l aspirateur avant de partir)

Fantastic location in the rolling hills of Simmerath. So picturesque and in a very quiet neighbourhood - a hidden gem! Excellent amenities and communication with Christian, who was a fantastic host and was incredibly accommodating during our stay!
The only way that it could be improved is the addition of a more comprehensive air conditioning system.

Goed gebruik van ruimte
Helaas mogen er geen schoenen gedragen worden in het huisje omdat het hout heel gevoelig is, wat het meteen ook niet kindvriendelijk maakt. De harde bank is wel handig als je wil eten, maar het gebrek aan zachte zitplaats is ‘s avonds duidelijk merkbaar. Geen tv aanwezig in het huisje. Vloerverwarming zorgt ervoor dat het vrij lang duurt om het huisje warm te krijgen. Heel veel berichten en huisregels waar je rekening mee moet houden. Locatie is midden in woonwijk dus je moet sowieso de auto nemen.
