Decent accommodation no frills but functional. Convenient for railway station and shops.

Key safe difficult to open appears to have been vandalised. Not totally clear which entrance to use.

I have stayed here many times previously while working locally and have just stayed here again in two different apartments over the 3 weeks for additional work commitments. The beds in both apartments are comfortable and appear to have new mattresses since my spring/summer visits. Large wardrobes and plenty of hangers were also available to offer plenty of hanging space and an additional quilt was also available in both apartments.

Better communication to confirm which apartment I was allocated and some areas within the kitchen and bathrooms could do with an improved cleaning standard.

A spacious property, comfortable enough to stay for a while . Access to supermarkets in walking distance is great Comfortable bed and facilities and excellent kitchen .

It could do with some personal touches to make it more homely, and some baking trays for the oven but other than that it was great

On arrival we found the apartment very spacious, it was in a good location close to family who we visit often. It was relatively clean. The rooms were massive - the bedroom could have easily had a bigger bed in it without compromising on space.

The apartment was absolutely freezing cold, no heating had been left on and there were no instructions as to how to use it. Thankfully we managed to google it and the place was warm after an hour or so. There were little bits of litter dropped around the place and the duvet cover had a big stain on it. The furniture was quite dated, some pieces were broken or damaged but we weren't staying long enough for that to be an issue for us. There was black mould in the shower. No handsoap in the bathroom, despite leaving random other stuff in the cupboard, including a razor?! The listing stated there was free wifi. No details were available for that. The listing also stated the rooms were soundproof, also not the case. The property is opposite a train line and we heard every train, plus the residents above us dropping things on the floor randomly throughout the night. Then there was what I can only assume was the hot water system coming on around 5am that sounded like a banshee screaming for about an hour. All that, topped off by really crappy curtains that let in all the light at night led to a terrible night's sleep. All else could have been overlooked but trying to sleep in a room lit up by the street light outside took the last straw. A real shame, because we could have been regular guests but I value my sleep more!
