I’ve stayed at this lodge before and, as always, the experience was wonderful. The place is fully equipped - the kitchenette has everything you might need to cook a proper dinner - and there is a large table that comfortably seats four people, which is ideal for working (I’m a teacher at the University of Warwick).
The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom, although small, is perfectly functional.
A special mention for the parking: the host provides secure private parking inside the property, protected by a gate - quite simply the best solution.

Had everything I needed for a short stay, was quiet and comfortable, tucked away behind a larger house and with it's own yard.
Is about 10 minutes from the University which was very convenient for my trip.
It's a little tricky to find when you first arrive (especially in the dark) - you are searching for a high driveway gate and there are several together. But once you know what youre looking for its ok.

We loved everything about this hidden gem. The private garden was brilliant for our dogs. Don't let the pics fool you it is bigger than you think. Bill is just the cutest and even let us check in early on day of arrival so we could make the most of our 1 night stay. We do little getaways, Caravans and camping and this is the first place my partner has said she truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be returning 😊. Also, milk in the fridge was a lovely little touch. Tea coffee and sugar also supplied.

As with my previous stays at this property, I had a very pleasant experience.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well located (I work at the university of Warwick, it's a 8-min drive). The area is quiet, there is private parking inside the property with an automatic gate, and the whole place feels very safe. The kitchenette is fully equipped, and all amenities are provided, including a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and extra towels.
The only minor downside, which does not affect my overall opinion of the property (I have already booked again for January and February), is the shower.
It can be a bit tricky to find a stable warm temperature, as the adjustment is very sensitive. However, after the first use, it becomes easy to manage.

I have stayed here several times now (this was my third visit), and it just keeps confirming that this is an excellent place to stay. The property is very easy to find and has secure private parking inside the gate, which is a huge plus. The lodge is located in the middle of a beautiful garden, making it incredibly peaceful, quiet, and private - perfect for relaxing after a long workday.
The accommodation itself is extremely comfortable. The bed is great, and the kitchenette is very well equipped - everything you could possibly need is provided. Nothing is missing, and the space feels both practical and cosy.
I travel weekly between York and Coventry for work, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. Comfortable, calm, and convenient - exactly what you hope for when you’re away from home regularly.
I would absolutely recommend this place and will happily continue to return whenever I’m in the area.
The only tiny downside is that the shower temperature can be a little tricky to adjust, but honestly, with a bit of patience you quickly find the right setting, and it’s not an issue at all for me.

I loved everything about this private lodge — it’s quiet, spotless, and beautifully designed. The kitchenette is modern and very well equipped; I can’t praise enough the fact that it has everything you might need to prepare your own breakfast or dinner. There’s a large table that’s perfect not only for meals but also for working — a real bonus since I was in Coventry for work.
The bed is incredibly comfortable; the bathroom is small but modern, with everything I needed. A special mention for the towels: soft and beautifully scented — such a lovely touch!
The independent entrance and private parking make it feel truly convenient and private — an absolute must for me.
I’ve already booked my next stays for two weeks in December and again in February. That says it all — highly recommended! (I only took one picture but everything was perfect)

Clean, everything provided like towels, shampoo conditioner if you wanted. All kitchen facilities etc milk in fridge when we arrived. Very thoughtful. Full smart tv (huge). Host Bill very accommodating. Excellent choice for us as we were visiting the NEC Motorhome show and it was a fab location.

Quiet location in a residential area but within easy reach of city centre and other attractions. Very comfortable, well equipped and well designed room. Friendly welcome from Bill on arrival, although given instructions to let ourselves in, had he not been there. Small fenced garden, perfect for our dog and would have been a pleasant place to sit if the weather had permitted.

This is such a sweet little place to stay. Well equipped and comfortable, with its own little garden which makes it feel very private.
The property welcomes dogs- unfortunately for me this meant quite a strong dog smell throughout the lodge.

The private space. Helpful, friendly host. Milk, tea and coffee provided. Quality fittings and furnishings.
Position of sofa in relation to the TV; better swapped with the dining table.

Really great set up, very well equipped. As a solo female traveller felt very safe and welcome. Travelled with a small dog too and had separate garden for her which was fab.

The garden was amazing and so secure for my dogs. The cooking facilities were great and the bed was really comfy.
The skylight could do with a blind as the dawn light woke me up.

The Lodge is through the garden behind the main house, with its own private fenced off garden.
It is plenty big enough for a solo traveller or couple, the shower room is small, towels are provided.
The Lodge is well equipped, the host has added little extras like Tea, Coffee, Sugar & Milk.
The only issue I had was the drive is set back and I missed it and had to turn around.
Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
Signage off the road could be clearer as you can easily drive pass without seeing it.

Easy to find, Bill gave me the "what 3 words," which always helps,.
Access is via the main back garden.
It's larger than the photos look. Really comfy,.
Yes the shower room is small, but big enough.
There are garden chairs which I took advantage of the sunshine..
Very peaceful, and slept well. (take an eye mask if you don't like the morning sun through the skylight)

Garden lodge is the perfect description for this great little "tardis like" space hidden away in a very quiet location with its own garden area and secure parking.
Everything you need is provided.
Couldn't ask for more.

Liked the size of the space, as it's all in one room suitable for couple or single person. If I had stayed longer would have been great to be able to use the kitchen facilities however I was only there for the night time and left early morning. Shower was lovely and warm, the lodge was really cosy and I had a good night's sleep. Very quiet on an evening.
I found it difficult to find at first, the entrance to the drive is quite dark and on a busy-ish road so it was hard to be able to stop and look.

Location was perfect for my trip, easy commute to BP Pulse/NEC, Coventry or Birmingham via train, (Tile Hill station park & ride), or road, accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Also nice quiet location in private garden area. Selection of takeaways or restaurants within walking distance or 5 min drive. Bill the host was great, could not really fault it. Also secure parking off the main road behind wooden gates.
Slightly tricky to get correct temp on shower but only a very minor issue for me, I really hesitate to mention it as otherwise brilliant accommodation,

well equipped apartment, very quiet. Coffee/tea/milk provided.
the bathroom was very small. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, a bed topper would probably make a big difference.

Well equipped nice peaceful location, own garden for the dogs, and even a freezer compartment to the fridge meaning I could re freeze my ice pack for travelling on the next day. Comfy and clean.

Lots of little extra eg biscuits. Nice and cosy with the heating already on to warm the accommodation.

Bill was extremely welcoming and helped me carry my overnight bags (a lot due to me and the dog!). The lodge was cosy with exceptional attention to detail with things you didn’t even know you needed! I have never had soft drinks left for me. My dog was fully catered for too with extra dog towels and poo bags. It was fantastic having the enclosed garden for him to go out in, he made full use of this in the night! The lodge was very quiet and I felt as though we were not disturbing the neighbours. I would definitely stay here again

Secluded, quiet, everything you could need. Bottled water, milk in the fridge and biscuits as extra touches. Herbs and spices and full cooking facilities
It is in a fenced off part or the owner’s back garden but that didn’t bother us at all. Once in, it felt very private and secluded

Lovely lodge, far nicer than the photos, far bigger too. A really great place to stop over. It's very luxurious. All the fixtures and fittings are top class. I will be back.

It was a brilliant, comfortable well equipped property.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend it to everyone
Cramped for a long stay, but comfortable nonetheless and very good value.

Location wise your only a short drive away from Allesley Park, which was a huge park to entertain the dog. Lodge wise, the best was that you have a small secure enclosed garden, so perfect for a little fresh air whilst your dog has a little outside time. It's a small lodge, but it makes the most of the the furniture is around the walls, so you never feel cramped like you can in other small places. The kitchen contains all you could hope for in something this size; no oven, but a couple of hobs, a microwave and a small fridge freezer.
You have to walk through the owners garden to get to the lodge. I never felt concerned for my privacy, was never bothered, and when you're inside there are curtains you can draw. But you are effectively in a fenced off section of a garden. (The fact that this is the only downside is a testiment to how good the place is!)
