Peaceful stay.

The location was perfect for us, the property was comfortable and we had everything we needed and got a good night's sleep. My dogs were also provided for and had a courtyard to use. Over the road there was a large field to give them a walk. Andy the host kept us updated, greeted us and was very friendly. The property was definitely valie for money.

Stunning apartment

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with a cute little courtyard. The host provided tea coffee and milk sachets, clean towels amd offered to provide more if needed. Highly recommended. Thank you very much

Danton Lodge

Everything. The studio is great has everything you would need for your stay.The whole place is immaculately clean, fresh and bright. Andy the host is great and it was a pleasure to stay with him. The courtyard was very secure and safe for our dogs and with the owner being dog friendly it was a bonus! Would highly recommend Danton Lodge and hope to return in the future 10 out if 10!!

The ceilings was a bit low the sink in the bathroom was a bit small so was awkward to use the bed was a bit uncomfortable and smelt of cigarettes a bit and the location wernt what was expected felt like was staying in someone’s back garden so was a bit awkward

If you are young and healthy, and don't mind being overlooked, it's a great place to stay

The location was great, and the facilities for cooking and the 'fridge (no freezer compartment) were good.

The bed was absolutely terrible. My wife, who has arthritis, found it very difficult to sleep and had two very unpleasant nights. They really need to upgrade to a more modern, comfortable bed. She had to buy a matress topper for £25 just to make a little bit more bearable. The garden was pretty, but it wasn't good that there were people walking through the garden, frequently. My wife had to close the curtains, which removed the view completely.

Potentially great but ultimately not what I hoped.

The bed was very comfortable and having a sofa, kitchen and hob has potential for longer stays. Access was straightforward.

The shower would not produce hot water, despite running it for 15 minutes and playing with all available settings. The hot water from the small bathroom sink was tepid at best. Due to its size and design, the sink will only hold 2 to 3 cm's depth of water. Overall, the cleanliness could have been better. The kettle and coffee machine desperately need descaling. The Freeview was glitching and pixilated making most channels unwatchable.

Clean property in a good location for my business trip.

Excellent communication with the host, who even met me upon arrival and ensured everything was organised as needed for my stay. It was a value for money business stay.

Sloped ceilings meant I did bang my head a couple of times on one side of the property and in the bathroom area. I only note this if you are very tall you might hit your head more than once during your stay.

Pleasant & comfortable stay

I arrived quite late, but the check in instructions were spot on... The host saw me arrive & came to settle me in. A lovely suite with great facilities, only wished I was staying longer!

Great apartment, spacious, light, well equipped, comfortable. Fairly quiet location. Space for car. Excellent directions, all necessary info was provided in advance but Andy met me when I arrived and showed me round the apartment, even offered fresh milk for drinks.

If staying longer perhaps a few more pans?? Struggling to think of anything else….
