Ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds

It was ideally located for where we wanted to be on route to visiting our son. It was also ideal for our dog with no one above. It was self sufficient with a microwave and fridge so we could come and go as we pleased.

Comfortable quite location with good access to both Evesham and Stratford upon Avon

The reception i received was warm and friendly. The room had been freshly decorated, was clean although quite compact but had everything required for a short stay. I would happily recommend and would be very happy to stay again as i think it provided good value for money

Location 15 minutes from Stratford Welcoming host Bath and shower Peace and quiet Provision of fresh milk and biscuits

Room is small so perfect for stop over but probably not for longer stay.. Fridge in the room is quite noisy. It's a shame breakfast is no longer an option

Excellent short stay accommodation for a couple.

Good facilities idea for a couple, very comfortable large bed, nice shower over bath. Fresh towels, milk, bun/cake, coffee @ tea and much, much more. We will certainly be back as it was an excellent stop over with our small dog on our way from Cumbria to Dorset,

Friendly welcome on arrival. Interesting village location

The room was cramped, stuffy and very unattractive. The bed was uncomfortable, the springs could be felt through the soft material when one moved in bed. It was difficult to move around the room because the bed was too large conveniently to fit the room. Regretfully we felt that, at £76, Church Farm was not good value for money.

Wonderful farm stay in a quaint little village.

I had a very pleasant stay. Very spacious room with all the amenities you could possibly need. Very nice little touches like fresh milk, tea and coffee. Stayed for a night as was attending a friend’s wedding nearby. Thank you for your hospitality Marian. Perfect stay.

Very friendly host & great communication. Lovely location & very easy to find, with plenty of parking. I had a very pleasant one night stay & shall return in the future... The host had thought of everything, there was milk in the fridge a microwave & plenty of cutlery & crockery etc. With some nice snacks provided. There was even a teapot 🫖 excellent! A nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Lovely & quiet, with a very friendly cat 🐈 purrfect x

Church farm in The Cotswolds

Centrally located for all directions of travel, was in right location to venture out to different destinations and was peaceful and quiet at night time so a good night sleep was had every night.

No complaints everything was great the hosts were very friendly and respectful, you could not ask for anything better.

Didn’t have breakfast, coffee & tea available, we had free range of the Farm & surrounds, met Roger the sheepdog😀 Lovely quiet country side, great dinner in a 400 year old pub, really enjoyed the experience. Hosts Steve & Marion & son James were outstanding!😀

Absolutely superb, wants for nothing.

So friendly, beautiful surroundings, everything you could want under one roof. If they don't have it,you didn't need it in the first place! Super clean peaceful, great mattress, shower,everything you need for a stay provided.,can't fault the place. Miriam and Steve,superb hosts,nothing too much hassle. I'll be back. Great value, functional and immaculately clean.

Spotlessly clean. Functional and well equipped. Fridge, microwave and kettle. I especially liked the small jug of milk in the fridge. Cereal, cake, biscuits and tea / coffee all provided. Amazing value. Sheets and towels smelt of fabric conditioner. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I'll definitely stay again if i'm in the area. Marian was most welcoming.
