Lovely relaxed and peaceful stay just before Christmas. Ideal for a short stay in a beautiful place
Beautiful and quirky building in a lovely village with easy access to lots of interesting places. Appreciated the personal welcome and the Christmas decorations, which added to the atmosphere.
It was strange - though entirely understandable given we were staying in such an old house - having the bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. A little alarmed by the exposed electrics but again due to the constraints imposed by an old building. The cottage could get a little too hot, which we're not used to.
