A perfect place to stay

The hosts answered all my queries on getting to the property and where to park and kindly was ok with me arriving a little earlier than stated to drop off my luggage. Room was spotless and had everything we needed and the milk in the fridge was a bonus. I go to visit my dad a lot in Evesham so will return and it is better than some 4* hotels i have stayed in. Thank you very much.

I was worried about leaving my car on the estate/ cul de sac but it was fine.

Excellent location for our requirements. Nice easy parking. everything we could possibly need even some Christmas decorations. Lights and heating on when we arrived.

Good value for a short stay.

Well designed. They put everything you could possibly fit into the space available. Ground coffee, tea and milk provided plus toiletries. Plenty of sockets and USB points. Spotlessly clean. Owners were very friendly.

There was no room for bedside tables. A fan would be useful in the summer. Fortunately we had brought our own. It’s a long walk to the town centre so a car is necessary.

Perfect for the few hours overnight stay we needed.

Nice location, river and parks nearby. Lovely, cosy room, equipped with tea/fridge/toaster. Didn’t meet the hosts so can’t comment but I’m sure they’re very nice!

Children were a bit noisy next door but it was early evening so not a huge problem. That’s on us, we’re not kiddy people.

Host was welcoming and professional. Beautifully clean and comfortable.

I was not disturbed by it but some people might prefer a darker room i.e blackouts on main room window and the front door (over the fan part)

Hosts were very responsive. Room comfortable and quiet. Generous gestures like milk in fridge and toiletry supplies. Clean environment and bed comfortable. Well designed and modern.

A bit cluttered in a relatively small space. Could remove some cups (6 too many) and the cake stand which is a fairly useless item. A bread knife would be useful. Despite the instructions hot water did arrive in the basin but only in and tiny trickle.

Good value for money in a cosy place

Very cosy. Much of it was well-designed.

The light that came through the door; it was a front door with an arc-shaped window that needed a curtain to stop the light from outside. The noise from the main history was sadly far too easy to hear; it was like there was no wall.

Struttura calda e accogliente, molto pulita, dotata anche di microonde, tazze, piatti, posate, insomma tutto il necessario per scaldare e mangiare al volo qualcosa. Molto apprezzato la scatola di cioccolatini lasciatoci come presente in quanto arrivato il giorno di Natale
