Guest Stays - Bridge Street Apartment

The location of this little apartment is excellent, it feels like a little secret hideaway, despite being right in the middle of town. The bed is large, and comfortable, and the kitchen has an oven, microwave, and enough plates / cutlery etc. The shower has good water pressure, and there's a good amount of space for one, or a couple. The instructions for entry were clear, and it felt safe.

The cleaning standards were a bit average, with grease left on the dinner plates, almost as if they'd been put away entirely unwashed, and the floors could have done with a good mop. There was barely any washing up liquid provided, and it felt like an extra £1 spent on a washing up sponge / a bit of kitchen roll etc would have made it feel more welcoming, and an extra 15 minutes on cleaning would have made a huge difference. Just for balance, I would say I would certainly stay again - it was NOT bad - the sheets, towels, toilet etc WERE clean - I would recommend this apartment, it's great value, great location, and great communication... just the little things.
