Nice place wouldn’t go back not worth what we played

The house it’s self was very clean and well presented

Did’t feel like you could relax very well. Found the sofa very uncomfortable and possible one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. The mattress was far to soft we both woke up with aching back and it was also far to small for both of us.

Toiletries and cleaning products were provided, loved the bath robes, honestly cannot fault this property and will definitely return if we are visiting the area again. Friendly hosts and a super location for exploring the Cotswolds

We stayed for eight nights in total and felt very welcome. We were met by Nick and Karen on arrival who were both friendly and helpful, and showed us around the property. Well equipped accommodation with everything you need for your stay, and space for off-road car parking too. Great location - plenty of supermarkets nearby, and a good choice of restaurants and take-always within walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic and thoughtful owners, very clean with lots of light coming in.

Self contained, seperate loungeroom and kitchen, very clean, shower toilet downstairs and toilet and bath upstairs. Bed comfortable located upstairs. Lots of light with a lovely outlook of back yard. Fantastic and thoughtful owners providing some goodies for your first breakfast. Lovely decor.

Lovely property , super friendly hosts and its amazing value for money.10/10 no complaints at all.

Well presented, large kitchen , separate lounge , downstairs shower and toilet and on-suite upstairs. Use of the lovely patio and garden area . Not one for giving 10/10 but couldn’t find fault with the place and exceptional value for money.

Lovely country get away with a magical garden to relax in and excellent friendly hosts.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, they provided all necessary details for the property upon arrival. Additionally, the lovely extra touch of providing breakfast and tea/coffee and even the option to have beverages (for a small fee) was lovely. The garden is wonderful which was great to sit and have a meal. The kitchen utilities were perfect to cook meals at the property. Bedroom and sleeper couch were great as well as the bathrooms.

Perfect location, beautiful setting and wonderful accommodating hosts!

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts in Nick and Karen, welcomed us and our two little dogs for our stay. Beautiful garden that felt like home, lovely place to stay for our trip to the Cotswolds.

Nothing that we didn’t like, and it’s more a personal preference, but a larger sofa bed would have been grand, 😂😍 especially as My Mum said the bed upstairs was dream like! I was a little envious of her..! However overall a wonderful stay, thanks so much.

Lovely stay in Evesham

The flat it’s part of a beautiful house with a magnificent garden. Everything is curated: kitchen has everything you need, fridge is stuffed with drinks you can purchase for a very small amount of money. There is a guide inside with all the info you need and the hosts are just lovely: very welcoming and available if need to communicate with them.

Foldout bed in lounge was not very comfortable but double bed upstairs was great. Very warm in the conservatory area where the foldout bed was located.

Nice place to stay for a short break.

The location was good as it's in Evesham and we was able to walk to where we wanted to go. I found the accommodation to be bigger than the pictures indicated. There is also a big garden and patio which was great to sit outside and relax in before we went out. The hosts were very welcoming and supplied milk and bread so we could have tea/coffee and toast.
