We had friends staying in a local hotel and fortunately we could walk to that hotel in 25mins. The cottage is in a quiet position and although small it was big enough for us. We could access a number of NT properties as well as Warwick and Stratford all within in a 30/45 min drive.
Because the property is situated on a nursery the outside area is limited.

I was working at a festival at Ragley Hall and the cottage was only 10 mins away. Cake was waiting when I arrived and tea/coffee fresh milk. Everything very clean and tidy The cottage is set in a disused nursery so is very peaceful but not especially pretty. Owner was very helpful when I needed to contact her. Plenty of parking. Perfect for my requirements.
Shower was a bit hit and miss. Bed quite small for two adults.

As both cottages booked were next to each other we were able to have them interconnecting which was really good for us. Everything was lovely and we were left a delicious chocolate cake by the host, a lovely touch. One cottage had a bath and the other a shower, so we had the best of both worlds. Beds were really comfortable and there was everything we could possibly need to prepare food. We could park our cars just outside the cottages which was excellent as I am disabled. As it was a Bank holiday on the Monday the host said we could leave at our leisure in the morning instead of an early departure, which we really appreciated.
The bedrooms could do with some blackout blinds as well as curtains which are quite thin. Whilst we were there it rained a lot one night and the outside light on the fence kept coming on just outside the bedroom which was so bright and disturbed us so we didn’t sleep too well. Other nights the rooms were just too bright, so blackout blinds would prevent this.
An iron inside the cottage would be nice rather than out in the laundry room; instructions were not given as to where this was.
More details regarding food waste, recycling and rubbish would be nice, as we weren’t sure where outside it should have been put.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and within easy reach of both the Cotswolds and places of interest to visit such as Stratford upon Avon, Evesham and Worcester.
A full length mirror in the bedroom would have been nice.

Self catering . The location was just fine. Not too far from the places we wanted to visit, though Westonbirt was a journey. No problems though.
Wi-Fi might have been better.

Grateful to our brilliant hosts for looking out for us. Clean place. Lovely touches like milk in the fridge and a cake. Thank you for being flexible and accommodating our needs.
Hard to think of any. Perhaps hearing the dripping water at times in the bathroom, but only heard it from the living room/ kitchen.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. He was well informed and went out of his way in making our stay as good as possible. The house was in pristine condition, it was well equipped and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It was very clean and nice and airy, well furnished and well decorated. The host had left fresh milk in the fridge and a delicious Victoria sponge cake.
It was a great area for cycling around the Lenches and Alcester which is a very pretty town. Stratford on Avon was well worth a visit and although very busy it has a lovely canal and river and nice shops. The Vineyard pub Is also worth a visit with plenty of seating outside. The locals were all very friendly.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our few days and would recommend a stay here.

Perfect holiday cottage for anyone wanting to explore the area. Lovely hosts and a fantastic comfortable bed!!
There’s a connecting door between the two cottages, and unfortunately you can quite clearly hear noise from the TV or chatting between the other guests.

The property was not in Evesham, being some 11 miles outside which was disappointing, situated in a garden nursery business with views of a corrugated building and glass houses.

Great location for a party we were going to in Offenham. It had everything we needed, well designed, comfy bed and spotless. All the facilities were great, thank you for making room for the cot too.

The cottage and its location were ideally suited to meet my requirements for both work and leisure. The landlords are extremely friendly and helpful, I couldn't rate my stay more highly.

The property was very clean, everything thought of inside, lovely little bit of outside space, very quite location, just what I needed.
I booked as I had lots of zoom conferences to do. First day was excellent as no one next door. The next day when someone came next door my internet was very weak, I had a lot of frustrated clients, I had to drive around to try and find a quite pub so I could connect to their WiFi, not ideal.
However if just for pleasure, it would of been perfect.

The property was self catering but we found a lovely farmhouse cake ,milk and tea making items when we arrived. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable, it was so nice to have our own private garden with table and chairs . Would definitely recommend
Everything was clean, good quality and practical...the only thing we would have liked was a rubber shower mat and/or some form of bar over the bath for support whilst having a shower [we are both in our 70's and I suffer with arthritis]
