Prístup aj parkovanie boli v pohode, lokalita je tichá (posledný dom v ulici), izba k pomeru ceny dostačujúca. Domáca pani bola milá a priateľská. V izbe bolo chladno, ale potešil malý dodatočný radiátor na elektriku.
Kúpelňa a sprchový kút by si však zaslúžili trošku viac pozornosti. Najhoršie na tom celom bol prietokový ohrievač v sprche, veľmi slabý prúd a buď extrémne horúca alebo studená voda, nájsť strednú cestu a nastaviť si správnu teplotu na osprchovanie sa bolo dosť náročné. Sprchový kút je malý, a v rohoch bola aj pleseň. Chýbal nám aj druhý uterák a nejaký koberec alebo uterák pred sprchový kút na podlahu. K dispozícii bol aj fén, zásuvka bola však len na izbe. Neboli ani žiadne handry alebo utierky na podlahu. Celkovo bola čistota v dome taká podpriemerná, nebolo to však vyslovene špinavé ale bolo tam veľa vecí domácich. Oni sú na ten neporiadok asi zvyknutí, no ak poskytujem priestory pre hostí, mohli by sa viac snažiť. Aj okolo domu bolo veľa haraburdia.
