The host went out of her way to ensure we had added extras as we stayed Xmas eve and Xmas day with what we might need for Xmas, kitchen has everything we needed and much more ! Cottage was a perfect size, there was 5 of us and it was a great size for a few days. The garden was perfect for our dog who loved the garden. We came for Xmas as had a tough year and needed to get away from our usual routine for Xmas where we normally had my parents with us but we lost both of them this year so was super important to get away and make new memories for Xmas day. Going to this cottage was perfect for that reason comfortable and so quiet and peaceful, beautiful views as well. Thank you very much to Debbie our host who helped make new memories for us

Excellent views, lovely comfortable conversion, spacious and all the facilities you need. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The bedrooms and bathroom were good. We enjoyed the patio/garden and happy with the space.
A few more kitchen utilities would be welcome like a larger frying pan for when you are visiting with four. Otherwise it's well equipped and you'd only miss the odd thing like a garlic press but that's all fine. Some corners of the house were a bit dark.

The property was nice and had everything we needed
It wasn't very clean my grandsons clothes were filthy after crawling around the floor and other areas of the property had cobwebs and dust. Also felt like being in a goldfish bowl as we were very close to the owners house so had to keep blinds down as we could see people looking over at times from main house. Didn't feel like we could just go for a walk as there wasn't anywhere to walk apart from up the drive which was narrow. Was nice to get away but not somewhere I'd go again. Left a day early.
