the site has everything we needed for camping - all the cutlery, plates, mugs, bbq utensils etc. Bathrooms and showers all very clean with soap and TP provided. A really nice place to have an easy camping experience without all the extra stuff you would normally want to pack.

Very well put together, very tidy and clean , the tents are big and very clean, although the site is very private but you are still close to amenities and activities, the lady that run the site is lovely and came and checked on us. We loved our stay and we are looking to go back again in few months

The tranquility and level of freedom and general safety - dogs and children were able to play and roam freely. A wonderful play area for children which proved very popular. Very comfy beds and cosy bedding. The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean. Beautiful setting and well spaced out pitches which gave a good level of privacy. Friendly host.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but we did feel that there were some improvements/additions which would have made are stay even more perfect. For example, a welcome package in the tent that would include tea, coffee and marshmallows (the booking said this was complimentary which it was, but was located the communal kitchen). Comfier chairs/chairs you can lounge in during the day/evening - I enjoyed reading my book in the shade of the apple tree but the tree stump became a bit uncomfortable after a while!

Lovely tipis and nice and quiet and clean. Close to Ross on Wye which was nice to visit
It didn’t have as much going on there as we had hoped. There is just the six tipis in a small area. It was very secluded. As a family we had to drive quite far to find things to do. We couldn’t utilise the river for activities as it was full of algae and the water level was very low. If you’re using this as a base it’s fine but we had hoped for some activities on site.
