This property is an absolute gem. The location couldn’t be better, especially if you’re visiting the NEC or flying in or out of BHX airport — everything is just minutes away, which made our stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The host was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was fast, clear, and friendly, and they were always happy to help with any questions. Check-in was completely seamless, with clear instructions that made arrival easy and smooth. The place itself was comfortable, well kept, and felt very welcoming — exactly what you want after a long day of travel or events. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay with an excellent host, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service.

A clean and comfortable room. Off road parking.
The people staying in the room above us . We're up most of the night and were very noisy. Other than that i have no complaints.

Bathroom light worked intermittently. Mattress was uncomfortable with springs visible.
